Fruit. Become a fruit bowl devotee. Take your fruit in the morning as a complement to breakfast. Creating your bowl takes some doing, yet once assembled you take your first bite…ah, ice water fountain on a hot summer day. Your cells light up. Clean and fresh. We all need to eat more fruit.

The benefits of fruit are many:

- Reduce risk of diabetes
- Phytonutrient Rich
- Anti-inflammatory
- Skin rejuvenating
- Cancer fighting

- Chopped apple (peeled; easier to digest this way and also avoid pesticides)
- Sprinkling of organic granola & goji berries
- Oranges (supreme preparation)
- Organic greek yogurt
- Chopped pineapple
- Red grapes (halved)
- Strawberries
- Watermelon
- Canteloupe
- Honeydew
- Banana
The above concoction scratches my jones. Ideally you want to incorporate a multitude of fresh fruits into your daily diet, and the combinations you can create are endless and fun to do. Get creative and go for it.
I absolutely LOVE fruit. Especially on a hot summer day. My favorite is watermelon sprinkled with a little bit of Tajin. On those hot, hades summer days, I like to put grapes in the freezer. Such a great, cool sack 😉
